This home offers a unique design scope. Recycled brick exterior with copper detailing and spotted gum cladding, through to exposed brick interior walls and reclaimed oversized spotted gum flooring. Burnished wood bench tops with bronze basins feature in the downstairs bathrooms marrying with aged brass tap ware. The owner was passionate about tiles and spent hours sourcing, making for a fun collaboration. The kitchen features a Juta linen weave stone bench top which captures the light rays and creates a wave-like ripple effect. All the functional zones expose differing fabrications dependent on the people and purpose. Wood and panelling are abundant in the entry and master level, ply and concrete on the top level where older teenagers reside, and in the lower rumpus for entertainment, pool and darts. One special home.
